Coffee and Catch-up for the new T&Ex Committee!
The newly elected Trustee and Executive committee recently met for a ‘coffee and catch-up’ gathering in Dunsilly Hotel, Antrim. The event also allowed them to say thank you to those committee members who have completed their terms of office.
The morning began with DP, Sally welcoming everyone before the units had an opportunity to get to know the incoming members of the units and for the outgoing members to share some of their experiences. This was followed by a motivational talk by Trustee Nadine who gave members a short synopsis of her family background, shared her previous branch and diocesan MU experiences, challenged all of us with thought-provoking questions and then encouraged us to stay positive and continue doing a great job as MU members, all underpinned by the power of prayer. The event was closed with a time of worship led by Diocesan Chaplain Archdeacon Stephen.
